Villa World Limited (ACN 117 546 326) (Company) has today issued 3,250,000 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (New Shares) to the trustee of a trust established for the purposes of the Company's Performance Rights Plan and Option Plan, at an issue price of A$2.058 per New Share.
The Company gives notice as required by section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that:
the New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;
as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be disclosed by the Company under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
