DEMAND DRIVES NEXT STAGE OF ERA

VILLA World has unveiled the next stage of its Era community at Capalaba following the sell-out of the project's earlier releases.

Civil construction works are well underway on Era's fourth instalment which will comprise 37 designer homes boasting Villa World's Vogue-level premium finishes.

Villa World Senior Development Manager Murray Simpson said the combination of a desirable Bayside location and premium housing product was driving sales at Era.

"We've been met by a very enthusiastic buyer response," he said.

"The majority of our purchasers are owner occupiers who really love the picturesque Redlands area combined with Villa World's high level of design and finish.

"They are largely a mix of downsizing couples or families upgrading to their second or third home."

Priced from $485,000, the stage four homes will feature cladding and brickwork, and each will be fully landscaped.

Inside they have stone benchtops, designer kitchen appliances and fixtures, walk-in pantry and multi-purpose living spaces with moveable walls in some designs, and a smart hub media station with USB power points.

Construction of homes in stage three is almost complete and building work is about to start on houses in Era's fourth instalment.

Era will ultimately be a private community of 200 homes just minutes from public and private schools, shopping centres, medical services and sports facilities.

Coolnwynpin Creek Parkland runs through the pet-friendly community which is also bordered by bushland reserve and parkland.

Visit the Era Sales Centre and display home on Springbrook Drive, just off Redland Bay Road, from 10am until 5pm daily.
