The meeting analyzed the present scenario and challenges faced by the agricultural sector in its development and competitiveness.

The closing session of this event, with the presence of more than 400 members of the farming sector, was attended by the Chilean president, Sebastián Piñera, and the minister of agriculture, Luis Mayol.

Eduardo Guilisasti spoke about the winery's export business model which has won it innumerable international recognitions. He detailed the pillars of development on which Concha y Toro's globalization strategy is founded and which have enabled it to position itself as a world-category producer.

This year, Concha y Toro has been named as the world's most admired wine brand for the second consecutive year by the British specialized magazine Drinks International, surpassing brands with longer histories. This, together with frequent mentions in independent publications and global rankings as one of the industry's most important wineries, is evidence of the high degree of visibility and reach that the Concha y Toro brand has today.
