The Duo buildings will soon tower 180 and 122 metres high in Masséna, a neighbourhood straddling southern Paris and neighbouring Ivry, and were created by Ateliers Jean Nouvel. The ground-breaking ceremony took place on 18 May and VINCI Construction France will be leading the construction work.

Ground-breaking ceremony for the Duo buildings in Paris

In early 2021, the Duo buildings will span about 90,000 sq. metres of office space for 6,000 Natixis bank employees, along with a hotel, a bar with a panoramic view and shops.

Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate arm of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), entrusted VINCI Construction France with building this complex. The Duo buildings will be certified to meet or exceed LEED® Platine, HQE® et Effinergie + standards, and be the first in France to earn the WELL label attesting to the outstanding well-being, health and comfort levels its future users will enjoy.
