RALEIGH, N.C., June 13 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission issued the following order:
In the Matter of Biennial Determination of Avoided Cost Rates for Electric Utility Purchases from Qualifying Facilities - 2014
BY THE PRESIDING COMMISSIONER: On June 12, 2014, Kristian M. Dahl, an attorney admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, filed a motion with the Commission seeking authority to appear on behalf of Virginia Electric and Power Company, d/b/a Dominion North Carolina Power (Dominion North Carolina Power) in the above-captioned docket. Mr. Dahl is associated with Andrea R. Kells, an attorney in good standing in the State of North Carolina, for the purpose of this limited representation.
The Presiding Commissioner is of the opinion that good cause exists to allow the appearance by Mr. Dahl.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED as follows:
