The Company is focused on identifying acquisitions and joint venture partners for both recycling of fiberglass waste and creation of end user products. The Company, through its subsidiary, Allied Recycling Corp (ARC), is engaged in the development of recycling methods and production of its proposed recycled fiber products. It offers Kruud Kleen, a chemical solution that increases the speed of separation of oil and solids from water in existing tanks. The Company offers solutions for disposal of fiberglass products, such as boats, wind turbine blades, fiber or composite automobiles, and manufacturer waste. It is focused on assisting in the disposal of boat hulls for various insurers, municipalities, marinas and owners of the crafts. It has no revenue generating operations.
