VHP announces unconditional sale of 188 Health Centre,
Eastmed (Auckland)
Vital Healthcare Management Limited (the Manager), the
manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (the Trust) today
announced the unconditional sale of 188 Health Centre
(Eastmed), in St Heliers, Auckland, for $8.35 million.
David Carr, CEO of the Manager, said "the sale is business as
usual and forms part of our on-going portfolio
rationalisation and capital management strategy". The sale
was to a private investor.
The funds received from the sale will initially be used to
repay debt, with settlement planned to occur in October
2012.
