Sweet Cosmetics : Material Fact - Election of Chief Executive Officer

Vitalyze.Me Saúde e Tecnologia S.A. ('Company'), in compliance with art. 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404 / 76 and in accordance with CVM Instruction 358/02, informs its shareholders and the public in general that the Board of Directors' Meeting held on September 26, 2016 elected Mr. Sergio Petri for the position of Chief Executive Officer of Vitalyze.Me Saúde e Tecnologia S.A.

Mr. Sergio already serves as Technology Director of the Company since May 2016 and now assumes the new position, which will combine his expertise in the technical area, critical to a company focused on innovation and technology to more than ten years dedicated to team management in global companies. With over 20 years experience in technology, he developed his career in the global giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he worked for 13 years. Sergio has extensive knowledge and experience in the use of technology as a competitive advantage, approaching the information technology to business areas. Mr. Sergio accumulates the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Information Technology Director.

At the same meeting, the Board of Directors elected Natasha Namie Nakagawa as Investor Relations Director, replacing Messias Alexandre Lopes dos Santos, who resigned to the position. Natasha has 20 years experience in the Investor Relations area and has been working at Vitalyze.Me since July 2016.

Messias Alexandre Lopes dos Santos resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer.

This organizational structure is part of the new management strategy to implement the operations of Vitalyze.Me in Brazil, which will focus on technology-based business, and commitment to creating value for shareholders.
