The Company's subsidiaries includes Viver Desenvolvimento Imobiliario Ltda, Inpar Investimentos II SA, Viver Desenvolvimento e Construcao Imobiliaria Ltda, OAAP Incorporacoes e Participacoes Ltda and Lagoa dos Ingleses Participacoes Ltda, among others. In October, 2013, the Company announced that it concluded sale of the total of the land of a complex called Lagoa dos Ingleses located in the city of Nova Lima to ASM ALICERCE 1 EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIARIOS SA. In July 2014, the Company sold Inpar Projeto Residencial Raposo Km 18,5 SPE Ltda.
