• Vivid Industrial signs Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) with Coca-Cola Amatil (Amatil) Australia
• Amatil has selected Vivid Industrial to provide intelligent lighting solutions to drive operational cost and energy savings

Vivid Technology Limited (ASX: VIV) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vivid Industrial, has been appointed a preferred supplier to one of Asia-Pacific's leading beverage manufacturers and distributors Coca-Cola Amatil (Amatil).

Coca-Cola Amatil is one of the largest bottlers of ready-to-drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region, with over one hundred years of history as a manufacturer in Australia, and it locally manufactures and distributes a large portfolio of over 100 brands including non-alcoholic, alcoholic beverages and ready-to-eat food.

Vivid Industrial is providing its unique 'plug-and-play' Matrixx® intelligent LED lighting system, to deliver savings often in excess of 85% in lighting energy cost and equal reductions in CO2 emissions, to Amatil warehouses and production facilities.

This agreement represents the culmination of extensive efforts from both organisations in qualifying, quantifying and proving the long term benefits of the Matrixx® solution.

Vivid Technology's Managing Director Samuel Marks said the agreement again reinforces Vivid Industrials status as a key player in the global industrial smart lighting market, enabling blue chip companies to reduce their energy costs in response to increasing energy prices which directly impacts the bottom line.
