Vodafone Group plc : Vodafone Group Buys Back 11.5 Million Shares/182.3P-178.95P

LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Friday that on July 5 it purchased 11.5 million of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange via Deutsche Bank AG London at prices between 182.3 pence and 178.95 pence which it intends to hold in treasury.
MAIN FACTS:
-Since June 20, 2011, Vodafone has purchased 2.19 billion shares at 3.75 billion pounds.
-Shares closed Thursday at 182 pence valuing the company at GBP89.97 billion.
