LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Wednesday that on July 10 it purchased 7 million of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange via Deutsche Bank AG London at prices between 182.25 pence and 180.4 pence, which will be held in treasury.
MAIN FACTS:
-Since June 20, 2011, Vodafone has purchased 2.21 million shares at 3.78 billion pounds.
-Shares at 0715 GMT down 1 pence, or 0.39%, at 181 pence valuing the company at GBP89.54 million.
