Volkswagen : Marlies Rogait new board member for Human Resources at Bentley

Marlies Rogait, head of HR - sales & marketing of Volkswagen AG, will become board member for human resources at Bentley Motors, effective from 1 October 2014. She will take over from Dr Ariane Reinhart, who will leave Bentley Motors on 30 September.
"With her broad experience in different functions, Marlies Rogait will further drive the work of our HR department. I am very much looking forward to working with her", said Wolfgang Dürheimer, chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors. Dürheimer thanked Dr Reinhart for her successful work at Bentley: "Dr Reinhart has refocused the HR department of Bentley Motors and has set the course for the future development of human resources and the Bentley organisation."
Marlies Rogait has more than 20 years of experience in HR, Quality Assurance and Purchase within the Volkswagen Group. Since 2004, Ms Rogait held senior management positions in the HR department of Volkswagen Group. Amongst other responsibilities, she led the introduction of a systematic human resources development in the German factories of Volkswagen AG. In 2010, she took over her position as head of HR - sales & marketing of Volkswagen AG.
