(NYSE-MKT:VISI) today announced that James Whitney Mayhew, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to step down from his position for personal reasons. Mr. Whitney will be leaving Volt after a 60-day transition period ending March 20, 2015. The company will initiate a formal search for his successor.
