Joining the company are Jorge Perez, President of Volt’s North American Staffing Business – Volt Workforce Solutions (VWS); Sue Tidswell, Senior Vice President Sales of VWS; Ann Hollins, Chief Human Resources Officer; and Chuck Sperazza, Chief Information Officer. In addition, Rhona Driggs has been promoted to President of Volt Consulting Group (VCG), Volt’s MSP service business, in addition to maintaining responsibility as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations for VWS.

Jorge Perez, President of Volt Workforce Solutions – Mr. Perez joins Volt following a highly successful tenure of over 20 years in the global staffing industry across the Americas, most recently with Manpower. He began his career with Manpower in Mexico and moved up the organization in progressively more responsible leadership roles, ultimately to the position of Senior Vice President ManpowerGroup North America and a member of the company’s Global Leadership team. In his role as Senior Vice President, Mr. Perez led a successful business transformation which resulted in growing revenues and expanding profitability by creating redefined sales and delivery channels, shared services, and a central sourcing model. While building the business, Mr. Perez also dedicated his time to create organizations with programs designed to build work opportunities for people with disabilities, youth, and women in disadvantage across the Americas.

Mr. Perez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from La Salle University in Mexico City, and has participated in several executive programs in Europe, Mexico, and the U.S.

Rhona Driggs, President of Volt Consulting Group, Executive Vice President of Volt Workforce Solutions - Ms. Driggs has over 25 years of senior executive experience leading sales and operations in the staffing industry. Throughout her tenure at Volt, Ms. Driggs has demonstrated her ability to collaborate, influence and gain support of key stakeholders and senior executives, in order to drive change and management initiatives throughout the organization.

Ms. Driggs’ most recent experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of VWS North America, where she was responsible for all Commercial and Technical staffing offices, overseeing sales and recruiting, including MSP/VMS, strategic account management, and operations solutions. Her success in leading teams and managing client relationships has allowed Ms. Driggs to assume oversight of many of Volt’s largest enterprise accounts. Ms. Driggs began her career at Volt as a Regional Manager in 1996, opening the company to several new markets, including her native Minneapolis. Prior to joining Volt, Ms. Driggs was with Kelly Services, where she led Kelly’s Western Region Partnered Staffing Sales Team and received the highest level Strategic Sales Award for her work with large MSP clients.

Ms. Driggs is a current Board Member for the Staffing Innovation Xchange, and recently presented at the TechServe Conference on successfully engaging in a MSP/VMS environment.

Sue Tidswell, Senior Vice President Sales of Volt Workforce Solutions – As an experienced staffing professional, and an expert in global sales leadership with more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Tidswell has established herself as a leader in successfully building exceptional sales organizations from the ground up, while transforming average sales organizations into high performing sales teams.

Ms. Tidswell joins Volt from CRO Holdings, an executive search and consulting company that she founded in 2014. Her prior experience includes seven years as Vice President, General Manager Global Sales for ManpowerGroup, where she led Manpower’s U.S. sales practice, and was responsible for sales strategy and client revenue growth. Her prior experience also includes senior leadership roles with RR Donnelley, including Executive Vice President Sales, and Executive Vice President Sales Financial Services.

Ms. Tidswell holds a degree in Print and Business Management from the London College of Printing. She also attended Ashridge Business School in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom.

Ann Hollins, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer - With 25 years of world-class HR experience, Ms. Hollins has built a distinguished reputation for enabling large-scale change through her seasoned business capabilities, extensive expertise in the field of human resources and her passion to build the organizational effectiveness needed to deliver long-term and sustainable business growth.

Most recently, Ms. Hollins served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Weight Watchers International where she guided the company’s successful organizational transformation across the firm’s global footprint. She led the executive team to drive significant and meaningful cultural change by crafting a new vision, defining their leadership competency strategy, and managing the company's talent to critical growth areas. Prior to her role at Weight Watchers, Ms. Hollins spent seven years in progressively senior roles at Hess Corporation, a global independent energy company, including Global Chief Learning and Development Officer, and Vice President, Human Resources, Marketing and Refining. Before joining Hess, she held senior leadership roles at Tyco International, Dun & Bradstreet, and PepsiCo.

Ms. Hollins holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the University of Iowa.

Chuck Sperazza, Chief Information Officer – Mr. Sperazza joins Volt with over 25 years of experience in IT, including 12 years as CIO of multi-billion dollar companies. His experience spans multiple industries in global companies with diverse cultural, business and technical environments, driving the development and delivery of world-class, large scale systems and services, as well as technology architecture that enables business strategy.

Most recently, Mr. Sperazza served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nature’s Sunshine, where he led a team of technology professionals for a premier nutritional supplement manufacturing company with business operations in 44 countries throughout EMEA, APAC, North America and Latin America. His prior experience includes Senior Vice President Information Technology with Apria Healthcare; Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer with Herbalife International; and Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Agere Systems, where he led 250+ technology professionals of a $2 billion leading semi-conductor manufacturer in all aspects of IT strategy.

Mr. Sperazza holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
