Christian Gerhardus (45), so far head of Media Relations at Hochtief, will assume responsibility for Vossloh's Corporate Communications, Investor Relations and Marketing starting in 2015.
Since 2007, Lucia Mathée (49) has been holding the position of Head of Investor Relations and since 2011 additionally led Vossloh's Corporate Communications as a freelance consultant from Frankfurt/Main. As Ms. Mathée, Mr. Gerhardus will directly report to the Executive Board of Vossloh.
In the course of its corporate repositioning Vossloh had decided to bundle all three communicative areas within one function and to relocate it to its corporate headquarters in Werdohl. Ms. Mathée and her team will continue to consult and support Vossloh in all strategic and tactic questions related to investor relations and capital markets communications.
