Qualified auditor's report for the consolidated financial
statements of vwd Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste

Frankfurt am Main, April 27. 2012 - The consolidated
financial statements and the group management report of vwd
Vereinigte Wirtschaftsdienste AG for fiscal year 2011 have
received a qualified auditor's report. The auditor's report
was issued under the condition that an obligation for bonus
payments to the Management Board members of EDG AG,
Schäftlarn, Germany, that is recognized under other
liabilities is approved by the Supervisory Board of EDG AG,
Schäftlarn, Germany, in the amount of € 400,000.00 as
stated in the consolidated financial statements
As previously announced, the consolidated financial
statements and the group management report will be released
on April 30, 2012. Overall, the group's financial results
for fiscal year 2011 are largely consistent with the
preliminary figures released earlier.
