The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR)
approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.28 per
share payable on May 1, 2013 to stockholders of record as of April 10,
2013.
Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. will announce first quarter 2013 earnings
before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange, Tuesday, April 23,
2013, followed by a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. To listen to
