WALMART DE MEXICO REPORTS NOVEMBER 2009 SALES

Wal-Mart de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (WALMEX) announces to its shareholders as well as to the public in general that during the month of November 2009, sales were $23,706 million pesos. This figure represents an 8.8% increase over sales reported the same month last year. Comparable stores sales during the month, meaning all those units that have been in operation for over a year increased 2.1% compared to the same month of 2008.

Considering the four-week period from October 31 to November 27, 2009 that compares with the four- week period ending November 28, 2008, total sales increased 9.1% and comparable store sales registered an increase of 2.3%.
