Dec. 07--A Dauphin County company that owns or manages approximately 160 physical therapy centers in 15 states has opened a new center closer to home.
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute has opened a new outpatient center in York County. The center is located at 192 Newberry Parkway in Newberry Township, next to a Walmart.
The center specializes in manual therapy, orthopedics, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, pain management and geriatrics. Physical therapist, Justin Huff manages the center. He is an orthopedic certified specialist and a certified golf fitness instructor.
The center is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute is based in Swatara Township. The Etters-area facility opened on Friday. The company has 32 outpatient centers in Pennsylvania. This is the fifth center for Drayer in York County, according to its website.
