Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. : Calstrs And Pension Funds From NYC And Indiana Seek To Be Co-Lead Plaintiffs Against Wal-Mart -Bloomberg

Three public pension funds that own shares of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) and sued the company earlier this year plan to be co-lead plaintiffs in a consolidated suit, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday.
The California State Teachers' Retirement System, the New York City Employees' Retirement System and the Indiana Electrical Workers Pension Trust Fund stated their plan in a Monday court filing in Delaware, Bloomberg reported.
The CalSTRS suit, announced in May, alleged that senior Wal-Mart officials engaged in opportunistic stock sales before a New York Times article detailed alleged bribery in Mexico.
