June 19--Lebanon police officers seek the public's assistance to identify a woman believed to be the owner of a dog involved in a biting incident at Walmart.
The woman and the car she was driving were caught on surveillance camera at the store. Lebanon police Sgt. P.J. Hardy said the department needs to ask her questions about the dog and the incident.
Anyone who can identify the woman of has any additional information should call 615-444-2323, follow the prompts for dispatch and ask for animal control.
