Reference is made to the announcement of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company") dated 26 September 2017 (the "Announcement") in connection with the Proposed Acquisition, which constitutes a major and connected transaction of the Company under the Listing Rules. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, among other things, (i) details of the Proposed Acquisition; (ii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Board Committee;

(iii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Financial Adviser; and (iv) a notice convening the SGM and a proxy form was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 19 October 2017.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the information in the circular, the date of dispatch of the circular is expected to be postponed to a date no later than 10 November 2017.
