Reference is made to the announcement of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company") dated 26 September 2017 in connection with the Proposed Acquisition, which constitutes a major and connected transaction of the Company under the Listing Rules, and the announcement of the Company dated 18 October 2017 in relation to the delay in dispatch of the circular of the Proposed Acquisition (collectively, the "Announcements"). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

As disclosed in the Announcements, a circular containing, among other things, (i) details of the Proposed Acquisition; (ii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Board Committee;

(iii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Financial Adviser; and (iv) a notice convening the SGM and a proxy form was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 10 November 2017.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the information in the circular, the date of despatch of the circular is expected to be postponed to a date no later than 15 November 2017.
