Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE symbol "WTS") announced today that
it completed the acquisition of tekmar Control Systems in a share
purchase transaction. tekmar is a designer and manufacturer of energy
saving control solutions for a heating, ventilating, and
air-conditioning applications, including a wide range of hydronic (water
based) systems. tekmar had annual revenues in 2011 of approximately $11
million.
