WAWEL S.A. The Management Board Wawel S.A. informs that on 31st 2015 has received from Nationale-NederlandenPTE S.A. seated in Warsaw at ul. Topiel 12, information that the managed Nationale-NederlandenOFE (hereinafter "OFE") as a result of the purchase of the shares of Wawel S.A. (hereinafter "Company") on Warsaw Stock Exchange, finaly fixed on 27th July 2015, increased held shares over 5% of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders.
Before the purchase of the Company's shares, OFE held 74,978 of bearer's shares among 1,499,755 shares, that constituted 4.99% of share capital of the Company and carried 74,978 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, that constituted 4.99% of total votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders.
On 31st July 2015, OFE holds 76,322 of bearer's shares among 1,499,755 shares, that constitutes 5.09% of share capital of the Company and carries 76,322 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, that constitutes 5.09% of total votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders.
