SAN DIEGO, Oct. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company (Nasdaq: WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Friday, October 7, 2011 the regular quarterly dividend of $.27 per share, payable October 31, 2011 to stockholders of record on October 18, 2011.
