WEBORAMA: CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FOR THE 3RD QUARTER 2013

STANDS AT € 5,157 K

The consolidated revenue of the Weborama group for the 3rd quarter of 2013 stands at € 5,157 K. Given the consolidated revenue of € 5,212 K for the same period in 2012 (excluding Hi-Media

UK), revenues are down by 1%.

International business now accounts for 57% of the group's total revenues.

The 3rd quarter increase in revenue at the international level stems primarily from the Russian market.
In the current economic context, marked by a sluggish display market and increased competition from agency trading desks, Weborama is continuing to transform its business model from media to data.

Weborama is stepping up the roll-out of its audience-driven advertising platform, specifically designed to meet the needs of the new advertising ecosystem. Based on an innovative approach to transforming raw data into marketing values, it comprises:

- Weborama Campaign Manager (WCM), which creates and collects media and conversion data through the tracking of advertising campaigns.

WCM also incorporates trading desk functionalities via its DSP module.

- Weborama Audience Manager (WAM), which creates and manages very precise targeted marketing segments from 1st and 3rd party data.
The combination of these two tools makes Weborama's unique in its market.
In order to reinforce its position as leader in the market of data as applied to media and marketing, Weborama is standardizing its offer and international organisation based on a single platform, across the seven countries in which Weborama has offices (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, the UK and Russia), which now combines both the Media and Technology offers.
Thanks to this new structure, Weborama is creating a new data company model, at the crossroads of
"Big Data" innovation and real time.
