Webster Bank Holds Homebuyer Open House
WATERBURY, Conn., April 9, 2014 - Webster Bank, a leading regional bank serving businesses and consumers from metro New York City to Boston, Mass., will host a Homebuyer Open House at 49 Webster banking centers on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 9 a.m. until Noon.
Customers who visit during the open house are eligible for a $500 discount on mortgage closing costs and waiver of the credit report fee for home purchase applications. Webster's "Peace of Mind" guarantee ensures homebuyers will receive a condition-free commitment letter by the contingency date or Webster will provide a
$1,000 credit at closing.
Webster mortgage banking officers will be on hand to help prospective buyers get pre-qualified for a mortgage on the spot, and local real estate agents will be on site to showcase their local listings. In addition, banking center managers will be available to talk about Webster's other product offerings, and representatives from Webster Investment Services (WIS) can discuss retirement and college planning.
