Webster Bank Names 3 Senior Vice Presidents

WATERBURY, CONN., January 6, 2017 - Webster Bank today named three bankers to the position of senior vice president.

Randall Blattner is senior vice president, director, business applications delivery. He brings more than 20 years of IT experience to the Chief Information Officer's group. Prior to joining Webster, Blattner worked for the Bank of Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor's and MBA degrees from St. Gregory's University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Blattner is a resident of Waterbury, Connecticut and is based in New Britain.

Josephine Moran is senior vice president, sales manager, Webster Investments Services. She brings with her more than 25 years of industry experience to the table. Most recently, she worked for Columbia Bank in New Jersey. She earned a bachelor's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a master's degree from the University of New Haven. Moran is a resident of Newtown, Connecticut, and is based in Southington.

Brian Runkle is senior vice president, transformation and operational excellence. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently at GE Capital. He earned a bachelor's degree from Rose- Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana, and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. Runkle is a resident of Westport, Connecticut and is based in Waterbury.
