WATERBURY, Conn, April 27, 2012 - Webster Bank, a leading regional bank, today announced the promotion of Mark Dowling to senior vice president, senior credit executive.

Dowling joined Webster three years ago. His previous experience includes being vice president, commercial financial services at GE Capital Corporation in Norwalk, Conn.
