'Committed to Excellence - 1 Star' for customer satisfaction, employee orientation, management skills and social responsibility
Ideas, processes, innovations, creativity - all this constitutes a systematic quality management and enables companies to perform at top level. Against this background, exceet Secure Solutions received the quality seal 'Committed to Excellence - 1 Star' for excellent performance and was thus appreciated with regard to customer satisfaction, employee orientation, management skills as well as social responsibility.
Three improvement projects were chosen and successfully realized. In this context, exceet Secure Solutions could not only prove the quality of its products, services and processes, but also demonstrate that the company is capable of identifying strategic projects and implementing them successfully. 'Satisfying our customers, partners and employees is our highest priority in all that we do', explains Christian Methe, CEO of exceet Secure Solutions. 'Our claim is to generate real benefit for everybody. In order to live up to this claim, it's particularly important to us to consistently maintain this high quality level as well as increase it continuously. We therefore decided to establish a measurement program for quality assurance.'
At a first stage, approaches applied in practice as well as implementation records thus obtained were evaluated according to nine criteria, such as leadership, staff motivation, strategy and development of partnerships. exceet Secure Solutions convinced with outstanding performances and thus created ideal conditions for the next step towards a company whose mission is business excellence.
