RESULTS OF 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We advise that at the Wesfarmers Limited 2016 Annual General Meeting held on 10 November 2016, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting, to be voted on at the meeting, were passed. The Notice of Meeting was lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange on 21 September 2016.
