senior notes of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 9: 00 a.m. on 29 June 2016 pending the release of an announcement containing certain inside information of the Company in relation to the Transaction (as defined in the circular of the Company dated 31 December 2015).
