Westminster Group Plc announces that its Annual Report & Financial Statements 2017 and notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and form of proxy have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11am on 26 June 2018 at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB.
