Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission an Annual Report on Form 20-F for the financial year ended 30 September 2017 which has been prepared specifically for distribution in the United States (2017 Form 20-F). This filing has been prepared to meet US securities law requirements and is necessary to update Westpac's US debt issuance programs.
