QUESTIONS FROM SHAREHOLDERS - WESTPAC 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
SAMPL EThe AGM is an opportunity for shareholders to engage with the Board and the Executive team and we encourage shareholders to attend. If you are unable to attend but would like to ask a question of Westpac, you can do so online or by completing and returning this form. The Chairman will consider these questions when preparing his AGM address. Unfortunately, due to the number of questions typically received, we will not be able to respond to all questions individually. You may also submit written questions to the Auditor if they are relevant to the content of the Auditor's Report or the conduct of the audit of the Financial Reports. To do so please check the appropriate box.
Details of the meeting are available in the Notice of Meeting, which was included with this form.
The best way to submit a question is online at vote.linkmarketservices.com/WBC. You can also complete this form and return it in the reply paid envelope provided or through
the contact details at the top of this form. All questions must be received by 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 1 December 2017.
For those unable to attend the AGM, the meeting will be webcast live via our website www.westpac.com.au/investorcentre. An archive of the AGM will also be subsequently available.
