九龍倉集團（股份代號：004）宣布成功投得一幅位於上海市松江區的優質地塊 Press Statement March 27, 2015, Hong Kong -- The Wharf (Holdings) Limited is of the view that the criticisms made by Mr. Sun Hongbin against the Group at the 2014 Annual Results Announcement Press Conference of Sunac China Holdings Limited on March 24 2015 are groundless and defamatory.

According to information disclosed by Greentown China Holdings Limited, Sunac's proposed acquisition of the equity interest in the Sunac Greentown Joint Ventures had yet to be approved by the board of directors of Greentown, and was considered by the board to be a unilateral arrangement on the part of Sunac. At that time, Greentown also publicly stated that it was seeking legal advice regarding these matters.
After consultation with our lawyers, Wharf decided to take legal action to restrain Mr. Sun Hongbin and Sunac from making any further similar comments or statements, and reserve all its rights to pursue the matter further.
