Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 August 2017, 15 September 2017 (the "Announcement") and 27 September 2017 issued by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") in relation to, among others, the Further Distribution in Specie. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that, on 10 October 2017, the certificates in relation to the Relevant i-CABLE Shares distributed pursuant to the Further Distribution in Specie have been despatched to Wharf Qualifying Shareholders and the Further Distribution in Specie has been completed.
