White Rock Minerals Ltd (White Rock or the Company) wishes to advise that, after six years involvement in the Company, Mr Geoff Lowe has announced his resignation as a director of the Company in order to pursue his own extensive interests. This resignation will take effect from 31 January 2017.

White Rock Chairman Brian Phillips commented:- "Geoff was the founding Managing Director of the Company and oversaw the advancement of the Mt Carrington gold - silver project to a point where it was ready for a development focus. During Geoff's tenure as MD, the Project's JORC Resource base doubled and a robust Scoping Study was delivered.

Geoff stepped down as MD in mid 2015, handing over the role to our current MD Matt Gill to advance the Project through financing and detailed Study to construction and commissioning.

On behalf of the Board and shareholders, I thank Geoff for his valuable contribution, and wish him well in his future endeavours."
