Wienerberger is one of Europe's largest building materials producers. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- walls, ceilings and roofing (85.1%): perforated bricks, facing bricks, tiles (clay, concrete or chimney tiles). Wienerberger is the world's leading producer of bricks;
- pipes (14.9%): pipes for water conveyance and sewers and concrete floor tiles.
At the end of 2011, the group operated 230 industrial sites worldwide.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Austria (4.9%), Europe (83.6%), America (6.7%) and other (4.8%).
