Willdan Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WLDN), a leading nationwide provider of value-added professional technical and consulting services, and Ampion, Inc., provider of the leading renewable energy subscriber management SaaS platform, have entered a multifaceted partnership that positions both companies as a bankable community energy services solution in the rapidly growing community solar marketplace.

The community energy model enables individuals, companies and municipalities and other entities to subscribe to a portion of a generation asset's output without hosting the energy system on their property. Ampion's advanced SaaS platform simplifies the process for energy project stakeholders to sign up, bill and engage all types of energy subscribers regardless of the energy generation class.
'Ampion and Willdan both have deep utility and energy industry experience which results in a joint service offering which can lower costs while increasing project value for project owners and their subscribers,' said Alejandro Abogado, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Ampion.
Willdan and Ampion are participating and exhibiting at Solar Power International 2017, the largest solar energy conference in North America, September 11-13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Their co-located booth is #1069 in the main hall.
