Lincoln In The Bardo is the 11/8 favourite to win the Man Booker Prize with William Hill, however, it is relative outsiders Elmet (9/2) and Autumn (4/1) that have attracted the most bets.

The favourite has attracted 18% of all wagers on the market, while Elmet has attracted 25% and Autumn 24%.

'We have Lincoln In The Bardo as our favourite however, despite George Saunders' long-term position at the head of the betting, our punters have their eyes on other books and going into Tuesday's announcement, the winner could realistically be anyone,' said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Man Booker Prize winner: 11/8 Lincoln In The Bardo; 4/1 Autumn; 9/2 Elmet; 5/1 4, 3, 2, 1; 11/2 Exit West; 10/1 History Of Wolves
