SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per common share. The dividend is payable on November 23, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 27, 2016. As of August 28, 2016, the Company had 88,528,172 shares of common stock outstanding.
