Ltd ("YKI"), has completed the acquisition of the 50% interest in Three-A (Qinhuangdao) Food Industries Co. Ltd ("3AQFI") (formerly a 50:50 joint venture company in China with Three-A Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd). 3AQFI is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of YKI.
