Wilmar International Limited (the "Company" or "Wilmar") wishes to announce the following:

1. Emma Shipping Co Pte. Ltd. (Singapore Subsidiary)

   Emma Shipping Co Pte. Ltd. ("ESCPL") is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Wilmar Ship Holdings Pte. Ltd., which is in turn, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Wilmar. ESCPL has an issued and paid-up share capital of US$1. The principal activities of ESCPL are owning and chartering of vessels.

   Acquisition of joint venture company
2. Vinh Phat Wilmar Rice Corporation (Vietnam Joint Venture Company)

   Siteki Investments Pte Ltd ("Siteki"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 50% of the contributed charter capital of Vinh Phat Wilmar Rice Corporation (formerly known as International Rice Trading Limited Company) ("VPWRC") from Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, Tran Quang Vinh and Vinh Phat Investment Corporation ("VPIC"), for a total consideration of VND 120,318,605,348 which was arrived at on a willing-seller, willing-buyer basis. The vendors are unrelated to Wilmar. The balance of the contributed charter capital of VPWRC are held by VPIC and Tran Quang Vinh, in the proportion of 40% and 10%, respectively. The principal activities of VPWRC are rice milling, processing and packing.

   Change in name of subsidiary
3. PT Jaya Sugar Indonesia (Indonesian Subsidiary)

PT Jaya Sugar Indonesia, an indirect 67% owned subsidiary of Wilmar, has changed its name to PT Jaya Manis Indonesia ("PT JMI") in May 2017. The principal activities of PT JMI, namely, trading, export and import of high fructose corn syrup and other similar products, remain unchanged.
