The Company generally operates its retail sales centers by having inventory on the retail center lots, although customers can order homes that are shipped directly from the factory to their homesite. The Company's home retail centers are located in Tyler, Rhome and Jacksboro, Texas. The Company's subsidiaries also include Alpine Creek, Inc., White Mountain River, Inc. and Wisdom Home Loans of America, Inc.
