The board of directors (the "Board") of Wisdom Sports Group (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Dr. Shen Wei has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 16 June 2017.

Dr. Shen Wei joined Wisdom Sports Group in September 2013, and is currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Company. Having worked with the Group for many years, Dr. Shen Wei has deep understanding and knowledge of the Company's development history, current status, and its future. His previous roles with the Company, including serving as executive director, he has made outstanding contributions to the strategic improvement of the Company's finances and business operations. Dr. Shen Wei also has extensive management experience from his previous service with large state-owned enterprises. Dr. Shen Wei was awarded the degree of Doctor of Management Science and Engineering by the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the degree of Master of Management Science and Engineering by Xiamen University.

Dr. Shen Wei shall devote his entire efforts to the duties as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President with effect from his date of appointment.

The Company's previous Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Chu Yin Kam, shall no longer continue in his role as his service contract with the Company has expired. Mr. Chu Yin Kam confirms that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter which needs to be brought to the attention of holders of securities of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in respect of his resignation. The Board would like to thank Mr. Chu Yin Kam for his contribution and good service to the Company in his tenure.
