LONDON--WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC (MRW.LN) Thursday said it purchased 1.5 million ordinary shares at an average price of 268.665 pence per share on June 21.
MAIN FACTS:
-Highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 273.9 pence and 266.8 pence respectively.
-Purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
-Shares on Thursday closed at 269 pence.
