122(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders are advised of the
following:
The Capital Group Companies Inc. has notified the company that accounts under its
management have decreased from approximately 6.42% as at 31 December 2015
(6% announced on 7 September 2015) to 4.75% of the total issued shares in the company.
